Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• To initiate a return, please log in to your account and submit a return request through our online returns portal.
• Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

Please do not return items until your return request has been approved and you have received return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Electrical parts
• Special-order or non-stock items
• Items that have been installed, used, damaged, or are missing original packaging

All sales of these items are final.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@marinedieselinc.com.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@marinedieselinc.com and send your item to: 3575 Meeting Street Rd, Charleston SC 29405.
